Exhibitions at Camerawork Gallery
Boston Photographer, Pelle Cass presents a series of composite photographs that mash hours of action into a single photograph. Cass say, "I put up my camera on a tripod and take a thousand or so pictures. Then I compile selected figures. I change nothing—I just decide what stays and what goes." Depicting sports that range from high diving to polo, the images convey a wild uproar of action that exudes the eeriness of time.
