Each year, Foam organises an international Talent Call to identify young, emerging photographers under the age of 35. Foam is delighted to announce the names of the 2016 Foam Talents. The 2016 Talent Call for Foam Magazine had a total of 1494 submissions from 75 different countries across 6 continents. Once again, the jury was delighted by the impressive variety and high quality of all submissions. The work of 24 selected photographers will be featured in the upcoming Foam Magazine Talent Issue. The Talent Issue is a career building platform, helping to launch aspiring image-makers into the international photography industry and giving them global acclaim and recognition.

The Foam Magazine Talent Issue is to be published at the end of August and will be officially unveiled at Unseen Photo Fair in Amsterdam (23-25 September 2016).
A selection of the work from Foam Talent 2016 can be seen starting 25 July in a special open air billboard exhibition at the ‘Mercator’-square (Mercatorplein) in Amsterdam (25 July - 29 August). This exhibition is made possible thanks to the City of Amsterdam, District West.
Foam Magazine is an international photography magazine, published three times a year by Foam Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam and Creative Agency Vandejong and is distributed by Frame Publishers.
